AME SUMMER PROGRAM
"The Resilient Heart": July 5th - July 16th, 2021
The AME Summer Camp is an intensive faith-based classical chamber music program dedicated to nurture and train young musicians in leadership, character building, community service and musicianship.
Each summer, for 2 weeks, students from ages 10-19 learn from a structured themed curriculum taught by critically acclaimed professional musicians.
Each season includes multiple outreach concerts in the local community and will culminate with a public benefit concert where 100% of the proceeds will be donated to assist people in need. This year due to the pandemic we will be meeting virtually over zoom.
2020: AME AME students raised $20,489
Congratulations to all the students for their dedication and hard work. We are so thankful that even during the pandemic, we were able to raise over $20k to bring medical funding for sweet Ellie who is battling cancer. We bring our small fish and a couple of loaves of bread and God multiplies it! PTL!!
2019: AME RAISES MORE THAN $13,500 FOR GlORI!!!
The 2019 Benefit Concert was a huge success!
The students played their hearts out for God, and we received $13,521 in generous donations. The proceeds went to the medical expenses for Glori, who was injured in a life-threatening accident. Congratulations to all the students once again! We bring our small fish and a couple of loaves of bread and God multiplies it! PTL!!
The Summer Camp is an exciting program that serves as the heart of soul of AME. Classical instruments of all levels are welcome to audition (string, wind, brass, piano, voice).
This year we will meet virtually from 10am - 12pm
